Service Description

This booking is for clients who have 1/2 or more of a full set remaining We encourage our clients to book their refills every 2-3 weeks After the 4 week point, you would need to book a full set. If your refill appointment is booked after the 4 week point, we will do our best to contact you to either change your booking to a full set (if availability permits) or to let you know we will refill your set as best as we can in the 1 hour booked. If upon your booking time we find that you have less than 1/2 of your lashes remaining and/or grown out within the 4 week point we will talk to you about about either extending your booking time (if availability permits and you are happy to pay for an extended appointment) - if not we will fill your set as best as we can in the time booked.


Cancellation Policy

Please also see our Cancellation Policy. All deposit monies paid will be refunded if booking is cancelled giving more than 48 hours notice. If the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment, the deposit will not be refunded or transferred due to loss of potential income for that time booked. Reschedules If the appointment is rescheduled* less than 12 hours from your booking, the deposit will be used as a fee to cover costs involved, loss of time, effort, and loss of opportunity to have the original slot booked by another client (loss of income). With the rescheduled appointment the client is required to make another deposit for the rescheduled booking slot. The rescheduled booking is only confirmed once the new deposit has been received. ​*The 12 hour reschedule threshold applies to the time your new booking has been confirmed, not from the time you send text or Facebook message. ​"No shows" (30 mins late without communication is considered a no show) are not refunded deposits paid for the time slot reserved and not used. In order to book again, a client who has previously "no showed" is required to pay the full amount for the appointment they missed and their new appointment in full before their time slot can be be confirmed. Complimentary bookings through marketing campaigns are to be treated as a paid booking and are bound by the above cancellation and rescheduling terms. If for whatever reason you do not show up to the appointment, the complimentary booking will be forfeited due to loss of time and potential income and future bookings are required to be paid in full before your time slot can be confirmed. ​All bookings are made and accepted at the discretion of Lauren Bentley and Dawn Loffley at Lead with Lashes. If Lead with Lashes cancels at any time or is unable to perform their duties for any reason, attempts to reschedule will be made and if unsuccessful 100% of the monies paid, will be refunded by electronic transfer within 10 working days. Efforts will be made to assist you in making other arrangements if booked for Makeup. The Client agrees that the refund of 100% of the monies paid is the only liability of Lead with Lashes.
